Relax your Body. Quiet your Mind. Heal your Spirit.

Your Guide to Healing the Mind, Body, & Spirit

  • Medical Qigong

    Medical Qigong

Medical Qigong, which is energy moving and clearing to promote physical healing and release stuck emotions, traumas, regrets, and heartbreaks so your energy circulation is more open and free.

The treatments are done mostly off the body, with some light pressure on key acupuncture points. I am trained in Medical Qigong and certified as a Medical Qigong Practitioner.

  • Yang Sheng

    Yang Sheng

Yang Sheng, which is advising on diet and lifestyle according to your energy type. Food is medicine. What and when you eat has a significant impact on your overall health. This approach to managing food balances your body and mind according to your natural constitution.

I learned this art from Dr. Han Chul Lee, a licensed acupuncturist located in Toronto, Canada. I apprenticed under Dr. Lee to learn this ancient and proprietary method of diagnosis and treatment based on energy types. My training is done in the traditional manner of oral teaching passed from master to student.

  • Face Reading

    Face Reading

Face Reading is more about giving you insight into how best to take care of yourself and bring awareness to areas where you are stuck and how those stuck areas are affecting your health and well-being.

I am a Certified Master Face Reader and was a student of Master Face Reader in the Chen lineage, Lilian Chen Bridges.

Certified Advanced Medical Qigong Practitioner & Master Face Reader

You’re here, thank you.

I have followed my heart to education and apprenticeships in Chinese medicine.
My first step was to complete training in the principles of Chinese medicine through the Beijing Mebo Traditional Chinese Medicine Training Institute as well as training in Chinese herbal medicine from the Institute of Chinese Herbology. I wanted to develop my diagnostic abilities and pursued additional certification in face reading, a special non-invasive technique used in Chinese medicine to reveal health imbalances.

My goal is to help you regain balance and be your healthiest self. I enjoy working with people who are ready to transform their health and life, find their path, and manifest their true creative abilities. I am an empathetic listener and perceptive observer. I create a safe space for you to heal, transform, and be who you are intended to be.

Introducing: Fall Tea Blends

Food is medicine, and herbal teas are a good way to support your health on a daily basis. The teas I blend are from plants routinely prescribed in Chinese herbal medicine and are medicinal grade to maximize health benefits.

As you leave one season and transition to another, especially from the maximum Yang of summer to the rising Yin of fall and winter, you can feel out of sorts or maybe even a little lost. You haven't yet let go of the prior season's habits and foods and may not yet be ready to embrace the coming season.

And if you live in areas that do not experience clear and distinct seasonal changes, you may forget that there is this natural rhythm of change to the world and our bodies. This tea helps support your center (digestion) as well as provide grounding by connecting you to the earth element.
